Little Hearts Preschool was founded by Mrs. Saniya Kaushik, whose journey reflects a beautiful blend of global exposure and deep-rooted values in education. After working with Amazon for nearly eight years and spending close to a decade in the United States, Saniya Ma’am gained extensive experience in innovation, leadership, and modern systems. However, her true calling lay in shaping young minds and contributing meaningfully to early childhood education. Guided by her passion for nurturing children and inspired by her family’s legacy, she chose to dedicate herself to early learning.

Saniya Ma’am strongly believe that children learn best when they experience the world around them firsthand. Instead of focusing on rote memorization or repetitive worksheets, she emphasizes learning through exploration, interaction, and real-life experiences. Whether it is understanding numbers through play, learning language through stories and conversations, or developing life skills through daily activities, she encourages children to touch, feel, observe, and discover. This hands-on approach helps children build deeper understanding, stronger confidence, and a genuine love for learning.

This vision is deeply supported by the rich legacy of her mother,

Mrs. Manjusha Shukla, founder of the parent school Divine Kids World in 1995. With more than three decades of experience in early education, Manjusha Ma’am has been a guiding force in building trust and excellence within the community. Carrying this legacy forward, Little Hearts Preschool was proudly inaugurated by Manjusha Ma’am herself in March 2024, marking the beginning of a new chapter in quality early learning.

Manjusha Ma’am is a dedicated educator, visionary leader, and a strong advocate of holistic early childhood education. With over three decades of experience in shaping young minds, she has played a pivotal role in setting high standards in preschool education. As the Vice President of the MESA organization, she actively works towards improving educational practices, teacher training, and child development programs across the region. Her deep understanding of children’s needs, commitment to values-based learning, and belief in nurturing every child with patience and care continue to inspire the entire Little Hearts team. Her guidance ensures that the school remains rooted in quality, integrity, and genuine concern for every child’s growth.

Inauguration Ceremony

Little Hearts Preschool was inaugurated with great pride and blessings from respected dignitaries in March 2024, who have consistently supported quality education and community development. The school was formally inaugurated by Manjusha Shukla Ma’am, along with Mrs. Shilpa Rani Wadkar (Nagarsevika, Shreya Nagar), Mr. Pravin Avhale (President, MESA), Mr. Lagame Patil, Mr. Mishra, and Mr. Dharmadhikari, all esteemed members of the MESA foundation.
